Stretches to Help Relieve Low Back Pain

Ease some of the pressure on your lower back by lying on the floor and pulling your knees, one at a time, into your chest. This will elongate your spine and take pressure off the nerves that are causing your symptoms. This stretch can be helpful between appointments with your chiropractor.
